This is to inform all the concerned stakeholders and members of the public that the Hon’ble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, vide its order dated 07th January 2026, has confined the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) of Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Limited (the Corporate Debtor or APIL) to the following:
• Projects at Lucknow, namely Mother City, Mother City Extension and Golf Plots at Lucknow; and
• Assets of the Corporate Debtor and built-up properties situated at Ajmer, Jodhpur and Jaipur in the State of Rajasthan.
In terms of the aforesaid order, the projects of APIL situated in the States of Haryana, Punjab and in different cities of the State of Uttar Pradesh i.e., Agra, Noida shall stand excluded from the purview of the CIRP. It is hereby clarified that these excluded projects may continue and be dealt with in accordance with their respective contractual terms, conditions and applicable law, independent of the CIRP.
In view of the above, all further actions and steps under the CIRP process shall be undertaken strictly in accordance with the provisions of law and applicable order of NCLAT and NCLT.
All stakeholders are requested to take due note of the above.
