The Resolution Professional has published the updated (4th) List of Creditors of Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Limited ("Corporate Debtor") on 23rd July 2025, based on claims received up to 26th May 2025. Homebuyers/Allottees are requested to review the status of their claims.

IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR ALL STAKEHOLDERS

(Under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process)
This is to inform all concerned homebuyers/allottees, deposit holders, and other stakeholders of Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Limited (“Corporate Debtor”) that the fourth (4th) version of the List of Creditors, which was earlier scheduled to be published on 15th July 2025, will be published on or before 31st July 2025.
The delay in finalising and releasing the updated list has occurred due to unforeseeable circumstances arising from multiple ongoing investigations and assistance to various government authorities including but not limited to local police enquiries, Enforcement Directorate, Income Tax Department, LDA Forensic audit and Serous Fraud Investigation office (SFIO).
The office of the Resolution Professional and majority of staff of the corporate debtor is currently engaged in extending full cooperation to these authorities, including the Enforcement Directorate (ED) [pursuant to its notice dated 24.06.2025 bearing File No. ECIR/LKZO/54/2021/AD(PS)]; the Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO) under its notice dated 02.07.2025 and the Department of Income Tax under Section 131(1A) through its notice dated 07.07.2025.
Notwithstanding the ongoing challenges, the Office of Resolution Professional is making every possible and diligent effort to enable the verification of claims in a fair, transparent, and time-bound manner for claims received till 26th May 2025, and is doing all possible efforts in ensuring the publication of the revised list within the revised timeline. All stakeholders are requested to take note of the above and extend their continued cooperation.

1. All deposit holders are hereby informed that, as per the order of the Hon’ble NCLT Court, the last date for submission of claims—for deposit holders only—has been extended to 12th June 2025. All concerned deposit holders who have not yet filed their claims are advised to submit the same on or before the extended date.
Timely submission will facilitate efficient verification and processing of claims.
2. All homebuyers/allottees, and other stakeholders are hereby informed that the last date for submission of claims was 26th May 2025. However, if anyone has missed filing their claim, they may still submit it along with a valid reason and supporting for the delay. Such claims will be considered by the Resolution Professional in accordance with the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and applicable regulations.
Further, as per the order of the Hon’ble NCLT Court, the last date for submission of claims by Deposit holders only has been extended to 12th June 2025, and all concerned deposit holders are advised to file their claims on or before the extended date."

The Hon’ble NCLT, New Delhi Bench, has approved the constitution of the Committee of Creditors (CoC) for Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Limited. Further it is informed to all the stakeholders that Mr. Prince Soni and Mr. Manindra Kumar Tiwari have been appointed as Authorized Representatives for Homebuyers and Deposit Holders, respectively.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR
HOMEBUYERS/ALLOTTEES AND DEPOSIT HOLDERS
Dear Homebuyers and Deposit Holders,
This is to inform you that the Resolution Professional has published the sixth (6th) version of list of creditors based on the claims received till due date i.e. 26th May 2025.
In addition, a separate list of claims received up to 30th September 2025 has been published on the website of the Corporate Debtor, comprising those claims submitted after the prescribed due date. Please note that inclusion of such claims in the List of Creditors shall be subject to the recommendation of the Committee of Creditors (CoC) and approval of the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) for condonation of delay in accordance with Regulation 13(1C)(b) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016.
All the Homebuyers/Allottees and Deposit Holders are requested to check status of their claim in the ongoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Limited.
